I am working for Jet Airways India Ltd since July 2011.
I started my career working for Jet Airways as a Customer Service Assistant,i had been working in all areas which includes departures,arrivals,boarding gates etc.
After having a good experience i was promoted as a Customer Service Supervisor.
I got an opportunity to work for cabin crew rostering,i picked that opportunity and currently working in Crew Management where my main role is to monitor cabin crew connections by tracking a system known as crew tracker,apart from that i check correct crew compliments have been assigned on each flights,check aircraft rotation sheet,handle flight diversion and cancellation and update crew routes,notify cabin crew about the flight delays,aircraft and bay changes to avoid potential delay.
I have 5 years of experience working as a Customer Service Assistant and Customer Service Supervisor where my mail role was to close flights on time to maintain On Time Performance (OTP), handle Denied Boarding Passengers (DNB), handle misconnections, make allocations for all staffs on duty for each area which includes boarding gates, check-in counters, arrivals, transfer desk, flight clearance etc.
