3 X Trainee Boutique Financial Recruitment Consultant – Graduate Entry Level - Basic £25,000


£25,000 basic, 1st year OTE up to £50,000, 2nd year OTE up to £80,000+

The Job:

The role of a recruitment consultant is a professional sales career and will require a character which can easily develop new relationships with clients and candidates alike and be able to keep up with a fast paced and dynamic working life. The company prides itself on its training structure and you and 2 other ambitious graduates will partake in a training academy for your first 6 weeks. Following this, you will be responsible for 360 degrees of the recruitment process. This will involve business development via cold calling methods etc to sourcing candidates and handling the process through interviews until completion.

The Candidate:

  • A confident and outgoing nature is essential in order to successfully build relationships
  • A graduate of a 2:2 level or higher graduating since 2013 onwards
  • Evidence of high achievements or strong sporting backgrounds are desirable
  • MUST be first language English and articulate
  • 1st year OTE up to £50k and 2nd year OTE up to £80k
  • Opportunity for fast track career progression
